Benci House really caught my eye with its beautiful and modern room designs. The decor made my stay feel luxurious. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. I loved the location, a quiet spot yet close to all the major sights in Florence. Staff, especially Sofia, went above and beyond with service, even helping me make reservations for fully booked restaurants. Breakfast choices were good, but I found the menu a bit limited, just basic eggs and bacon options. On the downside, I encountered issues with the bathroom. it was quite dark, making it hard to apply makeup. Also, the noise from the nearby club could sometimes seep into the room, which might disrupt light sleepers. Overall, I enjoyed my time here, but a few adjustments could make it even better.

The decor and vibe are really beautiful, making it feel quite luxurious. We enjoyed visiting the nearby Santa Croce and the Uffizi galleries, both within walking distance. Having three dogs with us was made easy by the welcoming atmosphere and spacious room we had.
My kids wished for a better breakfast variety.
